Delivery and support

Paid access is granted only after the server verifies a completed PayPal capture; returning from checkout or a pending order is not proof of payment. PDFs are delivered through the private guest report/order area. If PayPal shows a completed payment but a product is missing or inaccessible, email hello@nymrisdigital.com with the order ID so support can verify payment and investigate access or any remedy required by law.

Refunds and cancellation rights

The owner's preference is not to offer voluntary refunds after a report or workbook PDF has been successfully delivered. This is not an absolute “no refunds under any circumstances” rule and does not waive mandatory consumer rights or remedies for duplicate charges, non-delivery or technical access failures. No fixed refund window is set in this draft; the exact cancellation rules for this product need local review before Live sales. The public location is Tel Aviv, Israel at city level only, not a full mailing, registered or legal service address; the legal seller identity and formal address requirements remain to be confirmed.
