What Innerlens keeps, and how to control it.

Assessment and browser data

An unfinished assessment draft is stored in this browser’s local storage. On completion, answers, scores, optional focus choices, assessment version and creation time are stored in the managed database and linked to a private guest session. The assessment does not ask for your name or email. An opaque guest token is kept in this browser and an HttpOnly cookie when available; the server stores only its hash. Guest tokens currently have no automatic expiry.

Orders and payment

The app stores minimal order and PayPal references, product choice, status, amount, currency and timestamps. PayPal processes payments; Innerlens does not store card numbers or security codes. Assessment responses are not sent to an external generative AI model. Managed hosting/database providers process information needed to operate the service.

Browser-only tools and deletion

The two free reflection tools keep answers in page memory and generate PDFs locally in your browser. Deleting an assessment removes its answer and score data and removes its link from an order; minimal payment history may remain. A PDF already downloaded to your device is not deleted by the site. You may email support to request access, correction or deletion.

The legal seller/data-controller identity and applicable jurisdiction still need confirmation. Innerlens is presented as a brand only, without a personal name or claim of a registered entity. This draft does not set a universal retention period or promise absolute confidentiality.
